What are your booking conditions?

 

The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!

At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a refundable security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved at the time of booking and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

 

What if I need to cancel my booking?

 

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within at least 30 days before your check-in date. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.

 

Do you allow pets?

 

Yes! Several of our homes are dog-friendly. We have a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

 

Are you child-friendly?

 

We welcome children at our short term rentals but we unfortunately do not offer special equipment on-site. Our beach condo is well equipped with games and beach toys.

 

Do you offer early check-in, late check-out, or both?

 

We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew. Please contact us prior to your arrival to learn more.

 

How far are you from the beach?

 

All our downtown Pensacola homes are 15-20 minutes from Pensacola Beach, depending on traffic. Our Milton homes are closer to 40 minutes while Easy Breezy is within walking distance. Please refer to individual property descriptions to get a better idea of how far you will be staying from Pensacola Beach.
