The private one-bedroom cottage features a king bed, comfortable living area with sofa bed, Smart TV, free
high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, The Gadsden Hideaway includes a full kitchen, giving
you the flexibility to prepare breakfast, cook dinner or simply keep your favorite drinks and snacks on hand.
East Hill Pensacola is known for its tree-lined streets, historic architecture and collection of beautifully

The Gadsden Hideaway is approximately a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Downtown Pensacola,
making it easy to enjoy the city while staying in a quieter residential neighborhood. Pensacola Beach is
approximately a 20-minute drive, depending on traffic and seasonal conditions.

As a frequent visitor to Pensacola, I knew immediately where this property was located and was thrilled to find it available. Centrally located for our needs, it was the perfect place to come home to and relax. The property was immaculate and very well appointed. It was close to a seafood market (Maria's) which made for some delicious meals. This is the place to come back to whenever we visit Pensacola!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gadsden Hideaway. As a family with kids this home made us feel very comfortable. The house was clean and homey, and the location was very private and in a quiet neighborhood. Cindy was a fantastic host, she answered all our questions in a fast and friendly manner. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Pensacola area it was a quick 15 min drive to beautiful beaches and close to all the necessities. We will definitely be back!

This is a historic home that has been lovingly restored and represents a Pensacola era. I am a history fan, so I loved this place. Some folks may be turned off by the house next door that is in need of TLC.

The space was so beautiful, clean, and new-feeling that we wondered if we were the first guests to stay there.
This was our first time staying in downtown Pensacola and we absolutely loved it! The Gadsden Hideaway was perfectly located very close to the festival and all that downtown has to offer and having Maria's footsteps away was an added bonus! The property was spotless and perfectly stocked with all we needed. We will surely be back for another stay!
