Pineapple Paradise

We were there to look at a home for purchase. We didn’t get to enjoy the area and all it has to offer. We did eat at a couple of good restaurants while there and we did purchase the home. So looking forward to exploring the area when we return.

Check in & out was seamless.
We were in Pensacola for a week of fishing. It was cold and rainy and the wind was fierce so a lot of fishing was not to be done. We had a lot of fun and found Olde East Hill Grille and Maria's Seafood Market. They're in the same building and very close to where we stayed.
The host is awesome. We had a situation and needed to stay an additional night. She was able to set us up and we were able to stay in the same house.

Was a great place to stay, met all of our needs. Will book again if we go back.

Just a lovely affordable rental, nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. I'm already planning my next Pensacola trip. It was a charming little spot.

You can definitely tell that this rental is well-maintained despite the age of the building, and the view of the bay is unmatched! Perfect for one or two people and very affordable.

We did not have access to cable. When we reached out to the owner she seemed irritated and said it was nothing she could do. She was very unaccomadating.We stayed only one night.

This little rental was perfect for my quick trip to Pensacola. It was so charming and it was the perfect amount of tranquility and peace that I needed. My favorite spot was the giant beanbag chair! Perfect for reading and relaxing.
There were several delicious places to eat nearby and it was less than 15mins to Pensacola Beach.
My critiques: 1) only whole coffee beans were provided but no coffee grinder. 2) there needs to be a chair on the side porch so you can sit and enjoy the view of the bayou

Pineapple Paradise is a charming , old home in my favorite neighborhood in Pensacola. A beautiful place for walks along the water & by lovely homes. It is right off Bayou Blvd & Cervantes Street making it so easy to go everywhere in Pensacola. My host, Cynthia went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market & rentals in the area & even leaves copies of her books on the subject in the bookcase. I wanted to stay forever even though it’s a small house!

The cottage was very cozy. It had a lot of old chatter. I enjoyed the area it is located in. Very close to shopping, the beach, dining, and the Diwntown area. The cottage was very clean and ready for my stay. I’d consider renting it again for my next visit to zpensacola.

I needed a place to stay near the airport as I drove down & flew back. This location was 15 min from everywhere that's cool (aside3 from the Navy Museums). As well as only being 10 minutes from the airport. Good Times!!

Communication was very clear through online platform. Check-in worked well. Kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Bed is comfortable, lots to watch for free on tv in livingroom, lots of towels available. A little outdated feeling of the home in general, no/neutral decoration. But if you're out a lot, that doesn't matter too much. Location is good, close to anything you might need, and close to bridge to beach.

Had a great stay, house had everything that I needed. Location is fantastic, small country store and various restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this house.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was very cozy and peaceful there’s a lake across the street. When we arrived we watched dolphins swim and jump. Very clean and organized place close to everything
